Single Leg Stretch

Single Leg Stretch is the first in a series of 5 abdominal exercises that are done all in a row. I lovingly call the series “the Jane Fonda series”. It is a wonderful series to build abdominal strength and endurance. The exercises in the series are typically done with an abdominal curl but we will be doing this in an Osteo-safe way.
